Tahini Turmeric Dressing

It’s Tahini time! This dressing can be a little thick, depending on the brand of tahini you are using. Just add more water, to make it a dressing consistency. When you’re ready to pair it with a delicious salad, we recommend the Kale Salad with Goji Berries for a truly magnificent meal!


  • 4 TB lemon juice (about 1 lemon), or more to taste
  • ½ cup filtered water, or more if needed
  • ½ cup Tahini 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 TB maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. cumin seed, ground
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper, or more to taste


For the Dressing:

1- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender, starting with the lemon juice and water, which will allow the tahini to blend in easily. Process until very smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice, or other spices as needed.

Serve on the side, or pour over top of your favorite salad! We love it with the Kale Salad with Goji Berries.
