Refreshing Citrus Salad Dressing

This citrus dressing made with lime and orange juice is not only delicious and healthy and very low fat and salt, it is super nutritious.  Vitamins and minerals abound and will make any salad sing with delight!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice from a Valencia orange
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced 
  • 2 TB Tahini
  • ½ tsp. 50% less salt Tamari

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a measuring cup and whisk until thoroughly combined.
