Zero Calorie Salad Dressing

This salad dressing does the trick. It’s delicious, nutritious, and satisfying. Now you can eat more and lose weight! Dress a large salad of lettuce topped with raw veggies (think: cucumbers, carrots, celery, radishes, etc.), and then eat your entrée with guilt free delight!

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, minced, or more to taste
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon black cumin seed powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, or more to taste
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour to your heart’s desire on a big, beautiful, colorful salad of greens and raw veggies.
If you don’t have black cumin, substitute sweet smoked paprika, or just leave it out. The dressing will still be delicious.
