It’s summertime and Mangoes are ripe and ready for enjoying!  Let’s make a Mango Tango Mocktail and dance!  This delicious, healthy drink has been Test-Ed, i.e., approved by my husband, Ed.  This means that everyone will love it!  You can toast to your health with this Mango Tango Mocktail as it is filled with vitamin C, very hydrating, high in antioxidants, and is a skin glowing recipe! 

Ingredients

  1. 1 mango, sliced, seeded and flesh removed from the skin,* roughly chopped
  2. 1 cup coconut water, or more for thinner consistency
  3. ¾ cup pineapple tidbits with juice
  4. 3-4 tablespoons lime juice
  5. 1 teaspoon peeled and grated ginger root, or more to taste
  6. 1 cup ice cubes, or more for thicker texture (optional)

Directions

Place all of the mocktail ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more lime juice, or ginger, to your liking.

Serve in beautiful glasses and toast to your health!

Great idea for parents:  Make a Mango Lime Purée for Baby while you make your Mocktail! Just buy 1 more mango and a little more lime.  You can celebrate, healthfully, together!
