Ingredients
- 3 fennel, stalk & fronds
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 1 handful of frisé
- 8 radishes, purple, red, and white
- Juice of 2 oranges ( 2/3 cup )
- 2 tablespoons salt free mustard
- 2 tablespoons fig vinegar
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 teaspoons fennel seed
Directions
For the Salad:
- Cut the fronds stems off of the fennel, and roughly chop or tear and add to your salad bowl.
- Tear your leafy greens if needed and add them to your salad bowl.
- Dice fennel and radishes into thinly sliced cuts and add them into the salad.
For the Dressing:
- Combine all of the ingredients into a measuring cup.
- Use a whisk to stir your ingredients together, then pour on top of your Flat Tummy Fennel Salad.
