Dry Cranberry Spritzer
Serves: 1

The spritz has its origins in Veneto, Italy. Austrians visiting would dilute the Italian wine with a ‘splash’ of soda water. We use cranberries instead of grapes and add splashes of citrus and for a fabulously refreshing, healthy and delicious mocktail.
Equipment needed: Cocktail shaker
