Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 rosemary sprig (3-inches)
Directions
- Pour 2 inches or so of water into a 3-quart saucepan. Add the rosemary sprig to the water, and place the steamer basket inside the pot.. Add the broccoli florets to the steamer basket, and cover.
- Bring the water to a simmer over medium high heat, turn down to medium low, and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the broccoli from the steamer basket and place in a high speed blender or food processor. Discard the rosemary sprig and pour in some of the rosemary infused steaming water to the broccoli. Process to desired consistency, adding more of the steaming water as needed.
Season the broccoli purée, if you wish, although it’s delicious as is. Place steamed potatoes on a plate and pour ½ cup, or more of the broccoli purée on top.

Make a double batch of the broccoli purée and save 1 cup for your baby! You can all eat together.
