Alcohol Free Sparkling Brut Rosé-Yay!
Makes: 6 cups —about (8) 6 oz. servings
When I learned that raspberries are part of the Rose Family (Rosaceae), I just had to make an alcohol free Sparkling Rosé for Valentines while enjoying a red rose bouquet on the table. Two different “bouquets,” yet related! I use Perrier to make the Rosé “sparkling,” as it contains the smallest amount of sodium compared to all of the other fizzy waters.
When you taste it you’ll say “No Way! I can’t believe it’s not Rosé.” Here’s to your health and here’s to Rose-Yay!
