Cheers to a holiday classic eggnog drink that’s alcohol free and full of dairy-free creamy goodness! This eggnog mocktail is pure holiday magic in a glass. Whether you’re crafting this delicious drink for yourself, or to share with others, you’re sure to thrill with this dairy free and alcohol free recipe. Want to make it for a party? Be sure to double or triple the recipe as needed, because your guests will be filling up glass after glass and feeling refreshed without the post party headache!

Ingredients

For the Eggnog
  • 2 cups unsweetened plant based milk (we used unsweetened Almond Milk)
  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked in very hot water for 30 minutes, or until softened)
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon + more for serving
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2-4 cinnamon sticks for serving (optional)

Directions

To Make the Eggnog
  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until very smooth.
To Serve:
  1. Pour into 2 or 4 double old fashion glasses.  Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve with a cinnamon stick.
