Disney’s Ratatouille SOS free

When the garden, (or the produce department!), gives zucchini’s, tomatoes and eggplant, it means ratatouille is calling your name!  Of course, we make it salt, oil, and sugar free, but trust me you won’t miss it. Tomatoes, inherently, have a super salty flavor, which helps us rely on spices to help further develop those flavors. By adding smoked sweet paprika and a pinch of heat, you’re sure to enjoy this healthier version, as much, or even more than the original!

Hydrating and Healing Green Smoothie

Dr. Brooke Goldner, author of “Goodbye Lupus,” is not only beautiful and inspiring, but a brilliant doctor who healed herself of Lupus.  She was dying, literally, of the disease.  Her doctors told her she wouldn’t live more than a year.  She met the handsome Thomas Tadlock, who asked her to marry him, and she asked him to get her in shape for their wedding.  This Green Smoothie was part of the protocol.

She drank it everyday, got super strong with weights and her Lupus symptoms diminished greatly…a side benefit they didn’t even realize would happen.  Within a few more months, her Lupus was GONE! was doing amazing things for her lupus.  It was healing her.  They drink their smoothie everyday, as well as her patients, flooding their bodies with nutrients and vitamins that fight free radicals and keep your body humming with health, no matter what ails you.

Turmeric-Ginger Shots

Medical Medium says “Turmeric is great for just about every aspect of our well-being.”  The curcurmin is a phytochemical with anti-inflammatory properties. This magical root, is wonderful for the liver:  “it allows it to purge a host of different troublemakers, even from the liver’s deep, inner core and at the same time, it protects liver cells from injury!  It provides a renewal effect. Perfect for “the daze after” a big holiday dinner! Drink this shot if you have congestion or signs of a cold or flu coming on, as it acts as an expectorant and helps speed up the healing process!   While drinking this brightly golden colored elixir, think of your 3rd Chakra, or energy center, located in your solar plexus between your navel and your spine. This is the center for confidence and fearlessness. Harmonizing this chakra with this golden juice stokes your inner fire and will sustain you as you work through spiritual  growth.

“The Daze After” Liver Rescue Juice

Is it Black Friday?  Day after XMAS? January 2nd, July 5th?  These are the days we usually don’t feel so good after over-indulging food and drink from our holiday festivities.  Best thing to do—reset and feel good very quickly with a juice day! I always like to start off the day with 16 oz. of water with the juice of ½ lemon. This is very important to alkalize, hydrate and get your organs “moving” as we like to say!  Then after yoga, it’s time for my 16 oz. of pure celery juice. One large bunch of celery makes 16 oz. Then throughout the day, I drink other healing and nourishing juices full of antioxidants and body regenerating vitamins and minerals.
