Mango Lime Baby Purée & Mango Tango Mocktail

This Mango Lime purèe has been tested and approved by my 6-month old great niece, Lucy! And the Mango Tango Mocktail has been Test-Ed, aka approved by my husband, Ed! It’s a certified winner! Both baby and parents will be so happy with this vitamin C rich, hydrating, antioxidant, skin glowing recipe that the whole family can eat and drink to health.


For Baby Purée:

  • 1-½  mangoes,, skin and flesh removed, and diced
  • Lime juice,  2  tsp., or more to taste

For Mango Tango:

  • ½ mango, skin and flesh removed, and diced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ¾ cup pineapple tidbits with juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp. peeled and grated (finely minced) ginger root, or more to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes, or more for thicker texture (optional)


For Baby Purée:

  1. Place prepared mango and  lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in an ice cube tray and feed your baby immediately, or freeze for later.
  3. Defrost and serve.

For the Mango Tango:

  1. Place all of the mocktail ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in beautiful glasses and toast to your health!
