This mango lime purée has been tested and approved by my 6-month-old great niece, Lucy!  The Mango Tango Mocktail has been Test-Ed, i.e., approved by my husband,

 Ed.  Baby and parents will be so happy with this vitamin C rich, hydrating, antioxidant, skin glowing recipe!  The whole family can eat and drink, deliciously, to health!

Equipment needed: Blender, Ice cube tray

Ingredients

For Baby Purée:
  • 1-½ mangoes, skin and flesh removed, and diced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, or more to taste
For the Mango Tango:
  • ½ mango, skin and flesh removed, and diced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ¾ cup pineapple tidbits with juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon peeled and grated (finely minced) ginger root, or more to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes, or more for thicker texture (optional)

Directions

For the Baby Purée:
  1. Place the prepared mango and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Feed your baby immediately, or pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for later.
  3. Defrost and serve.
For the Mango Tango:
  • Place all the mocktail ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in beautiful glasses and toast to your health!
