Berries are antioxidant powerhouses-the miracle fighters of free radicals, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and anticancer benefits!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe medium banana (about 8-inches long), sliced and frozen
- ¼ cup blackberries (about 8) frozen
- ¼ cup strawberries (about 4-5) stem removed and frozen
- 1 tablespoon date syrup
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Use this pudding as a sauce on Garden of Eydie Mango Lime Sorbet, (LINK) or a dressing for a fruit salad.
