Welcome back to the Garden of Eydie, and to the brand new, Ah-May-Zing month of May!

I’m also so excited to share my journey from the time I spent at the weeklong Advanced Meditation retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza. Do you want to rewire your brain for joy? Then stay tuned, because I’ll be sharing all the info, right here with all of you. This retreat was such an important, and life-changing experience that I’m so glad I was able to participate in. I loved it so much, I wanted to share some of the key components with you, so that you’re also able to try and fit some meditation in your daily life, no matter where you are, or how busy your life gets.
