Before I was plant-based, I had digestion issues. I was referred to an ayurvedic doctor to help me. He gave me a few recipes for foods I should eat on a regular basis. His protocol didn’t work for me, but going plant-based did and his recipes are filled with healing nutrients (see Cook’s Notes)..  This Power Ball snack is a winner and is so filling, you’ll only need to eat just one to feel satiated,

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried mulberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 3 Medjool dates or dried prunes, seeds removed

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and process until thoroughly combined. Remove dough and form into balls about 1-½-inch diameter.

Refrigerate in a covered container for up to 5 days.
